Package 1: Diet & Lifestyle Plan
Consultation charge – Rs 1500 / US$ 75 / AU$100 – includes:
- Assessment of your birth constitution, diet, lifestyle and current health state.
- Personalised Ayurvedic diet plan.
- Personalised lifestyle guidelines including recommendations for your daily routine (dinacharya) and exercise.
Package 2: Diet & Lifestyle Plan with 2-month Video & Email Support
Consultation charge – Rs 3000 / US$ 150 / AU$ 200 – includes:
- 1 x 30-minute online consultation/counselling session.
- Assessment of your birth constitution, diet, lifestyle and current health state.
- Comprehensive personalised Ayurvedic diet plan.
- Personalised lifestyle guidelines including recommendations for a daily routine (dinacharya), exercise, yoga and meditation.
- 8 weeks online support (1-2 emails per week).
Package 3: Diet, Lifestyle & Herbal Plan with Yoga, Psychology, & 4-month Video & Email Support
Consultation charge – Rs 6000 / US$ 300 / AU$ 400 – includes:
- 3 x 30-minute online consultations/counselling sessions.
- Assessment of your birth constitution, diet, lifestyle and current health state.
- Comprehensive personalised Ayurvedic diet plan.
- Personalised herbal therapy prescription and support.
- Personalised lifestyle guidelines including recommendations for a daily routine (dinacharya), exercise, yoga and meditation.
- Integration of Vedic psychological approaches.
- 4-months online review and support (up to 4 emails per month).
If you would like counselling in Yoga therapy or Vedic psychology please take Package 3.
*Supportive diet, herbs and lifestyle are integral, foundational components of both Yoga and mental health. We will still focus our energies towards your particular goals, and may alter the approach—for example, doing more video sessions, instead of email.
Package 4: Additional Counselling via Video
Single Consultation – Rs 1500 / US$ 75 / $100 per 30-minute session
Three Consultations – Rs 3500 / US$ 175 / $225 per 3 x 30-minute sessions

2. Once we’ve been in contact, and I have confirmed availability, please pay the consultation fees through either:
- Bank Transfer (I have Indian and Australian accounts. International transfers attract a set or percentage fee--please check before you transfer, and let me know if this is an issue)
- Paypal @ himalayan.susie@gmail.com (I would appreciate it very much if you add an additional 4% to cover Paypal's fees)
