Life is multifaceted yet beyond its complexity lies
our intelligent, harmonious nature.
Welcome!
I work with the Indian traditions of
Ayurveda and Yoga
to inspire self knowledge, balance and unity
within individuals, and daily life.
I also write about Ayurveda, Yoga,
Vedic psychology and spirituality.

Please check out this short video that introduces me and my new book, and talks about why I wrote it and what it offers.
The processes of Yoga open up and lighten the physical body, calm the mind, and facilitate our personal journey to self-discovery and true health.
I teach the science and art of Ayurvedic nutrition, focusing on practical strategies and individualised eating patterns that support every aspect of health.
I help people develop a tailored daily routine that is structured yet flexible, through each day and changing situations and seasons.
Ayurveda and Yoga see the mind as a subtle part
of the physical body, and the body is a material aspect of mind. Each influences the other’s
health and functions.
I offer Ayurvedic oil, deep tissue and marma massage as preventative and healing therapies.
I also teach self-oil massage (abhyanga), and the
self-stimulation of specific marma points.

Feed your Sweet Tooth the way of Ayurveda [7 mins]
Our evolutionary past has primed hungry humans to seek sweetness. Newborns smack their lips at the scent of a ripe banana, and pucker their lips or poke out their tongue at sour or bitter foods. From a Western perspective, sweet tastes signal a rich source...
For thousands of years Ayurveda and Yoga evolved in India side-by-side, sharing common grounding philosophies and principles. Today both of these traditions continue as living sciences that adapt their teachings to individual needs and have something to offer everyone regardless of health,
physical ability, age, or experience.
By itself, each discipline offers a remarkable suite of tools to naturally and wholly achieve optimum health, happiness, and spiritual freedom. When combined, they complement and bolster each other.
For those ready to take more responsibility for their health, self-understanding and awareness,
Ayurveda and Yoga offer genuine, time-tested paths.

I live in the hills of Southern India, so face-to-face meetings can be a challenge. Even so, I'm happy to respond to queries, and I work online with people when the fit is right.
